Our Board of Directors is made up of a group of dedicated individuals whose passion drives the mission of The Unbreakable Organization forward. Comprising seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds, our Board convenes to ensure that our organization remains steadfast in its commitment to effecting positive change. Through collaborative discussions, strategic planning sessions, and hands-on collaboration with our Youth Advisory Board and Mental Health Task Force, our Directors exemplify unwavering dedication to our cause. Each member brings a wealth of expertise and a shared determination to make a tangible difference in our communities. With a collective focus on fostering safer environments and providing essential support to those impacted by gun violence and its mental health repercussions, our Board of Directors stands as a beacon of leadership and advocacy.

  • Brittany Sinitch (she/her)

    Brittany is an educator, speaker, Giffords Partner, and the founder of the Unbreakable Organization. After surviving the Parkland shooting, she became heavily involved in the movement to end gun violence. She has shared her story as a TedTalk speaker, to thousands of educators around the world, and at rallies such as Moms Demand Action. Brittany is a determined activist and has marched with March For Our Lives, Giffords, and Change the Ref at rallies and public events centered on ending gun violence. Through these experiences, Brittany has learned the power of healing through using her voice and bringing communities together for movements that create change.

  • Christina Ogunti (she/her), LMHC

    Christina is a Boston-based therapist and school social worker with 6+ years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about social justice advocacy, intersectionality, and trauma work. She has worked in community, educational, and inpatient settings throughout her career. Currently, Christina works as a school social worker in Boston Public Schools, as well as a therapist for Expressive Arts Place, a community mental health agency that primarily serves BIPOC individuals. In these roles, she has closely witnessed the detriment that life’s trauma can cause, but also the beautiful healing that can occur when people can find their voice, power, and strength.

  • Brooke Gialamas (she/her)

    Brooke is a Florida based wife, mother, writer and a passionate mental health advocate. She is committed to breaking stigmas and raising awareness to the trickle down effect that generational traumas have on our youth by authentically and candidly sharing her own journey with mental health, addiction, and the healing process of her own wounds. A true believer in grassroots activism, Brooke is excited to bring The Unbreakable Organization into schools across the nation to teach our youth their value, to help them find their voice, and to educate parents to prioritize mental health.

  • Stephanie Jacques (she/her)

    Stephanie is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies and Psychology. After years of working in education, she followed her calling into ministry. She currently serves as a vocational minister who is impacting the next generation in a transformational way. Stephanie has worked professionally in the non-profit sector and is truly committed to building better communities and inspiring hope. Her passion for using her life to serve others while shining joy and light is evident through the creation of her online community You are Crowned. Stephanie strives to help others turn their pain into purpose and to find hope again in the midst of difficult and trying circumstances.

  • Robbie Menendez (he/him), MBA

    Robbie works closely with doctors surrounding the Central Nervous System and Neurological and Psychiatric matters. Through his experience studying mental health disorders and addiction, Robbie has gained an immense amount of empathy for those on their journey to recovery. Robbie, originally from Parkland, Florida and a graduate of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, was deeply impacted after the shooting in 2018. He has joined movements such as March For Our Lives to help provide support in ending gun violence. With his Masters in Business Administration, connections within the mental health space, and passion for change, Robbie is looking forward to the impact the Unbreakable Organization will make.

  • Jordan D. Howlette (he/him), JD, MBA

    Jordan is the founder and managing attorney of JD Howlette Law, a general civil litigation and business law firm that provides a wide range of legal services to individuals and businesses throughout Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and the District of Columbia. Jordan is a veteran of the United States Army and previously worked as a trial attorney in the United States Department of Justice. He dedicates a significant portion of his practice to seeking justice for those who have been deprived of fundamental civil and constitutional rights. Jordan is a strong advocate of strict gun safety laws and is passionate about furthering The Unbreakable Organization’s mission.
